Objective:FES is implementing activities on “Strengthening Livelihoods of Rural households’ through Natural Resource Management” in Rajasthan and Karnataka. The project will work on three important components: ecological restoration, local governance and livelihood improvement. To address strategic issues with respect to aspects concerning the project’s implementation NRMC India is tasked with assisting FES by developing various Livelihood and SHG related guidelines and a Project implementation plan.

NRMC India’s Role:

As part of the project, NRMC developed the following documents to facilitate the project’s implementation and operationalization.
  1. SHG Grading tool
  2. SHG Guideline
  3. NRM based Livelihood promotions and Income Generation
  4. Responsibility matrix and institutional arrangement: Village Institution, SHG, and Federating process
  5. Capacity building Plan – VI, CRP and Staff
  6. Log Frame
